Our trailers are covered by insurance with a deductible, and you're responsible for that amount in the event of a covered incident. We recommend checking with your own auto insurance provider as well, since some policies extend coverage to towed trailers.

Yes, we require a refundable security deposit at the time of booking. It's returned within a few business days after the trailer is brought back, minus any charges for damage, late fees, or missing equipment.

We charge a late fee for each day the trailer is returned past the agreed-upon time. If you think you'll need extra time, just reach out and we'll do what we can to extend your rental.

Please return the trailer reasonably clean and with all included equipment (straps, ramps, dollies, locks, etc.) accounted for. Trailers returned excessively dirty may incur a cleaning fee, and missing or damaged equipment is charged at replacement cost.

Yes — we walk through the trailer with you at pickup so you can confirm its condition and the equipment included. This protects you as much as it protects us, and it's a great time to ask any last-minute questions about towing or backing up.

We accept credit and debit cards through our secure payment system. Your card is kept on file for the duration of the rental to cover any incidentals like late fees or damage, and the final charges are settled once the trailer is returned.

Our staff will show you how to properly connect the trailer to your hitch, secure the safety chains, and plug in the trailer lights before you leave the lot. We'll also walk you through using the equipment included with your rental, like ratchet straps, wheel chocks, and ramps, so you feel confident before you hit the road.

Distribute weight evenly, with slightly more weight toward the front of the trailer (near the hitch) than the back. For vehicles, use the E-track and ratchet straps or wheel straps provided to secure all four corners. For general cargo, tie down items with the straps and blankets included in your rental so nothing shifts in transit.

Take turns wider than usual, leave extra following distance, and brake earlier than you normally would. If you're not used to towing, practice backing up in an open, empty area before you're in a tight spot. Check your mirrors often and keep an eye on your trailer, not just the road ahead.

Give the trailer a quick walk-around: make sure the coupler is latched and locked, safety chains are crossed and connected, lights are working, tires are properly inflated, and your load is secure. It only takes a couple of minutes and can save you a headache later.
